  • Kettle Bells

    Despite being nothing more than an iron ball with a fixed handle, the Kettlebell has stood the test of time, as its history can be traced back to the ancient Greeks, the Russian military and Olympic athletes. The Kettlebell provides the combined benefits of aerobic and weight training in one devastatingly effective fitness-tool. Kettlebell training is not only effective for strength but also outstanding for dropping body fat because of the high caloric expenditure and intensity levels—you can achieve your training goals by performing hard, short workouts, burning fat away, increasing lean muscle mass while improving your fitness, flexibility, mobility and endurance. Gráinne teaches both group and individual classes and recommends a one to one introduction at the start as proper technique is essential. However, one or two sessions can be enough to equip you with a workout that you can do anytime anywhere with fantastic results. Depending on the weight, a Kettlebell will cost between €45 - €70 – not bad for a total gym in the palm of your hand!).

  • Pilates

    Pure Pilates is an excellent, low impact activity for inner core strength, flexibility, posture, back problems and relaxation. One on one instruction available. Small classes in Sandyford Office Park have a maximum of 8 participants for excellent one-2-one attention. This is a low impact exercise so no shower needed afterwards. All you need is loose comfortable clothing, a towel to put on your mat, and water. No special footwear required.

Our fitness studios are located at No 19 Sandyford Office Park—directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop—and are open daily from Monday to Saturday. Studio One is a purpose built Pilates and Yoga room and Studio Two is designed for Kettlebells, Circuits & Personal Training.

Our lunch-time and evening programme is very popular and caters for the large office community that is within walking distance of our location. We are five minutes from all the major residential areas around Sandyford and our morning and evening sessions are in demand at these times.

Classes include Pilates, Kettlebells, Circuits, Boxfit and Yoga. The timetable is regularly updated and can be viewed and or downloaded from the link below. Limited shower services are available and changing areas are provided.

All our instructors are professionally qualified and new attendees must complete a client screening form. There is no membership requirement and we cater for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Courses are paid for in advance in 4 or 6 week modules and some classes are offered on a pay as you go basis. Please refer to the timetable for pricing information.

  • There are six dedicated parking bays.  Parking in the evening is not an issue
  • Minimum of 3 particpants required for class to go ahead. Instructors will vary from time to time
Pricing  – Pilates and Kettlebells is as follows:
1 class per week €45 per month
2 classes per week €80 per month 
Unlimited classes €110 per month

Drop-ins are charged at €14 per class and are subject to availability
