Our fitness studios are located at No 19 Sandyford Office Park—directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop—and are open daily from Monday to Saturday. Studio One is a purpose built Pilates and Yoga room and Studio Two is designed for Kettlebells, Circuits & Personal Training.
Our lunch-time and evening programme is very popular and caters for the large office community that is within walking distance of our location. We are five minutes from all the major residential areas around Sandyford and our morning and evening sessions are in demand at these times.
Classes include Pilates, Kettlebells, Circuits, Boxfit and Yoga. The timetable is regularly updated and can be viewed and or downloaded from the link below. Limited shower services are available and changing areas are provided.
All our instructors are professionally qualified and new attendees must complete a client screening form. There is no membership requirement and we cater for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Courses are paid for in advance in 4 or 6 week modules and some classes are offered on a pay as you go basis. Please refer to the timetable for pricing information.
